How early should I book my session?

We recommend booking at least 48 hours in advance, especially during peak season, to help secure your preferred time slot and instructor.

What happens if the weather is bad?

If ocean conditions are unsafe for learning, we will contact you to reschedule at no extra charge.

Can I cancel or reschedule my booking?

Yes! We have a flexible policy. You can reschedule up to 24 hours before your session. Cancellations within 24 hours may be subject to a small fee.

Is online payment secure?

Absolutely. All online payments are processed securely and we never store your card details.
