Common questions before you book

What's included in the price?
Every price includes a premium surfboard sized to you, a leash, a UV-protection rash guard, surf wax, reef-friendly mineral sunscreen, and a full beach safety briefing. The Progression and Elite packs also include one and two professional photography sessions respectively. All you bring is a swimsuit and a towel — we handle everything else.
Do you offer discounts for families or groups?
Yes — group lessons start at $60 per person (vs. $75 for private), and our surf camp has multi-kid family rates ($350 for 1 child, $650 for 2 kids, $900 for 3 kids per week). For larger family bookings or corporate groups, message us on WhatsApp and we'll put together a tailored quote.
What's your cancellation and weather policy?
If the ocean isn't safe or suitable for learning, we'll always offer to reschedule — your lesson is never lost to bad weather. For personal cancellations, we ask for at least 24 hours' notice to reschedule without a fee. Message us as soon as plans change and we'll work it out.
How do I book and pay?
You can book online through the 'Book a Lesson' button, call us at (321) 386-9993, or send us a WhatsApp message. We'll confirm your time, send you the meeting point, and tell you exactly what to bring. Payment is handled at the time of booking or in person before the lesson — your call.
Can I use my package over multiple days or visits?
Absolutely — that's the whole point of the packages. You schedule your sessions whenever works for you, with the same instructor each time. Whether you spread them across a one-week vacation or come back over several months, we'll fit the schedule to you.
Are gratuities expected?
Never expected, always appreciated. Our instructors put their full energy into every lesson, and if you feel they made your experience special, a tip is a kind way to say thanks — but it's never built into the price or assumed.
