With 26 years of lifeguarding experience and a passion for surfing since age 15, he seamlessly blends his passion for surfing with extensive Red Cross and First Responder training. Fluent in English and Spanish, Victor offers a bilingual and safety-focused approach and ensures an inclusive and enriching experience for all.
