We offer a full refund for cancellations made at least 24 hours before your scheduled lesson. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the lesson will not be refunded. If we need to cancel due to weather or unsuitable conditions, we will reschedule your lesson or provide a full refund.

1 & 2 Hour Lessons

  • Cancellation by Customer: Cancellations made more than 24 hours in advance will receive a full refund. Cancellations made within 24 hours will incur a 50% cancellation fee.
  • No-Show Policy: No-shows will be charged the full lesson fee.

2. Group Lessons

  • Cancellation by Customer: Cancellations made more than 48 hours in advance will receive a full refund. Cancellations made within 48 hours will incur a 50% cancellation fee.
  • No-Show Policy: No-shows will be charged the full group lesson fee.

3. Corporate Surf Group

  • Cancellation by Customer: Cancellations made more than 7 days in advance will receive a full refund. Cancellations made within 7 days will incur a 50% cancellation fee.
  • No-Show Policy: No-shows will be charged the full corporate group fee.

4. Surf Camp (1 week with a $100 deposit)

  • Deposit Policy: A $100 deposit is required to secure your spot in the surf camp.
  • Cancellation by Customer:
    • Cancellations made more than 30 days in advance will receive a full refund, including the deposit.
    • Cancellations made less than 7 days in advance will receive a 50% refund of the total camp fee, and the deposit will be forfeited.
    • Cancellations made less than 3 days in advance will not receive a refund.
  • No-Show Policy: No-shows will be charged the full camp fee.

6. Board Rentals

  • Cancellation by Customer: Cancellations made more than 12 hours in advance will receive a full refund. Cancellations made within 12 hours will incur a 50% cancellation fee.
  • No-Show Policy: No-shows will be charged the full rental fee.
  • Early Return: No refunds will be given for early returns.
